Surrounded by a 4,200-acre private estate of rolling hills, sweeping valleys, vineyards and olive groves, Castello Di Casole is set in a beautifully restored 10th-century castle. Originally owned by the noble Bargagli family of Siena, and one of the largest private estates in Italy, it’s only an hour from Florence and 30 minutes from Siena, ideally placed for exploring Tuscany’s most captivating sights.

The 39 luxurious junior suites and suites embrace a range of styles. Choose from classic Tuscan suites within the castle to contemporary Italian accommodation overlooking the olive grove.

TOSCA restaurant offers a terrace overlooking the Tuscan hills or an indoor sophisticated yet relaxed ambience among Italian textiles and sparkling iron chandeliers. Executive Chef Daniele Sera’s à la carte menu combines the freshest local and organic produce with Tuscany’s finest delicacies. Lunch: 12:30-15:00; Dinner: 19:30-22:00 

Our stylish lounge bar affords spectacular panoramas over the countryside. Settle into the banquette-style seats or dine outside on the terrace. We serve an array of cocktails, wines and spirits. Open daily 18:00-24:00. 

The Pool grill and Bar Located next to the pool, this reimagined spot is ideal for an informal lunch based on grilled meat, vegetables, salads, pizza and pasta. Enjoy genuine dishes as you watch our Executive Chef in action in the open-air kitchen, equipped with a brand-new Gullo charcoal grill. For refreshing drinks, light bites and artisanal gelato head over to our neighbouring bar. Lunch: 12:30-15:00; Bar: 11:00-19:00 

The wine cellar is located in the hotel courtyard, our cellar houses a rich collection of local and Italian wines. Wine tastings available on request. 

Enjoy a magical standing aperitivo at the Enchanted Table in a totally unique setting: a secluded glade, where a beautifully decorated table floats beneath our ancient trees. Please reserve at least 7 days in advance prior to arrival.

  LIMONAIA SUITE (5) 65-95 SQ M (690-1,000 SQ FT) Once used to shelter the estate’s lemon trees in cooler weather, the Limonaia now comprises five beautiful suites that open onto a private patio. Enter into an upstairs living area, decorated in contemporary Tuscan style with soothing light blues, yellows and taupe greys. Two-storey, floor-to-ceiling windows let natural light flood in. The master bedroom and private patio are on the lower level. No connecting rooms. Maximum occupancy: 3 people (one extra bed can be added). 

  GRANDIOSA SUITE (4) 60-70 SQ M (655-775 SQ FT) These generous and sophisticated suites enjoy views of the interior courtyard or verdant countryside.
