Booking Your Holiday

How can I make a booking? +
You can call 0208 973 2292 or email ask@sardatur-holidays.co.uk, and one of our travel consultants will be happy to assist.
How do I make changes to an existing booking? +
Contact your travel consultant via email, or call our office (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:30) on 0208 973 2292.
When will I receive my travel documents? +
Travel documents are emailed approximately 2–3 weeks before departure.
Do I need travel insurance? +
Yes, travel insurance is essential. See our Booking Conditions.

Payments & Deposits

When is the deposit and balance due? +
A deposit is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 12 weeks before departure.
What payment methods do you accept? Can I use American Express? +
We accept all major debit/credit cards, including American Express, and BACS bank transfers.

Flights & Transfers

Do you book flights as part of the holiday? +
Yes—competitive rates with both major scheduled and low-cost airlines.
What type of transfers are included? +
Private transfers as standard; we can also arrange car hire or train travel.
What happens if my flight is cancelled? +
For package holidays, we’ll handle alternatives and liaise with hotels/suppliers on your behalf.

Yes—train travel within Italy and hydrofoil/ferry crossings to Italian and Greek islands.
