Grand Hotel Poltu Quatu is an oasis of peace and tranquillity, elegantly furnished with a touch of Sardinian ambience. This 5 star hotel, part of the MGallery by Sofitel, is a hidden gem nestled amongst the mountains of Northern Sardinia, on the coast line between Baia Sardinia and Porto Cervo.
The hotel, which overlooks the Marina Dell’Orso, was built to resemble a traditional fishing village, blending in perfectly with the all-white houses around the port.
RESTAURANTS & BARS
Grand Hotel Poltu Quatu provides guests with a great variety of dining options. Breakfast is an abundant buffet mixing local products and the traditional English breakfast for a taste of home whereas dinner is table service, served in a more intimate atmosphere with subdued lightning.
The Gusto Grill restaurant, located by the pool, is open for lunch and offers an a la carte menu inspired by Italian and Sardinian specialties. The Blubeck restaurant is open both in the morning and in the evening.
All the main dishes in the Blubeck gourmet restaurant and Gusto Grill are signed by Heinz Beck and realized by the Executive Chef.
The philosophy is based on a contemporary Italian cuisine combined with a touch of Mediterranean flavors of Sardinia, focused mainly on healthy and nutritious fish dishes, whose tastes will delight your palate.
The Tanit restaurant, opening up onto the marina, is a hot spot for international jet setters. Cocktails are served on the panoramic veranda with magical sunset on the background. The menu is skilfully prepared by a team of passionate chefs and based on Mediterranean cuisine
For pizza lovers, in Acqua di Pomodoro pizzeria, high quality ingredients and long leavening preparation are the main ingredients for an excellent result.
RELAX
The property is laid out around a large swimming pool in which to cool down on hot summer days and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. From May to September, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the closest beaches (weather permitted). Sun loungers, parasols and beach towels are provided complimentary for all guests (subject to availability).

Superior: 20sqm, these rooms are located around the centre of the hotel and equipped with a balcony offering views over the garden or pool. A third bed is possible on request.
Deluxe: 20sqm, these rooms offer charming views over the Marina and the crystal clear waters.
