Originally built in the 19th Century as private villa for an aristocratic British family, the Villa Sant’ Andrea has, since the 1950's, been known as one of the most exclusive hotels in the area, and this elegant establishment is still a favourite amongst both Italian and international guests. Literally steps from the sea, and its own private beach, the atmosphere of the Villa Sant’ Andrea  is still that of a private residence, with charming rooms decorated with in Old England style, with precious artworks and antiques. Many have sea views looking out over the picture-postcard bay.

RESTAURANTS & BARS

RISTORANTE SANT’ANDREA - Dine to the rhythm of the waves on our beautiful terrace overlooking the beach or inside in the elegant dining room. Savour Sicilian cuisine and the freshest seafood specialities, accompanied by a mouthwatering wine selection. Lunch: 13:00-14:30. Dinner: 19:30-22:30.

BRIZZA - Take your seat by the water’s edge and prepare to feast upon fresh local seafood — available for just 12 guests at a time. At Brizza, the flavours of the sea are king. Try Ganzirri clams, roasted octopus, delicious sea urchins and more. Best enjoyed barefoot, as the waves gently lull and the balmy sea breeze kisses your cheeks. Dinner: 20:00-22:30, Wednesday to Sunday, June to September

BEACH BAR-  Relax on the beach and order a freshly squeezed juice, enticing cocktail, frothy coffee or creamy gelato. Open 10:00-19:00.  

BAR SANT’ANDREA-  Open all day, our bar overlooking the beach is an idyllic place for a morning espresso, lunchtime pizza or an evening cocktail accompanied by music entertainment (from 19:00 daily). Open 10:00-01:00.

RELAX

The hotel's private beach is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, showers, and beach huts. In the summer months the beach bar offers drinks, ice creams and snacks. For water sports enthusiasts there is an excellent Water Sports and Diving Centre.  The Wellness centre, offers a Turkish bath plus various massages and beauty treatments.  Guest can relax whilst being served a refreshing herbal or fruit infusion.

The hotel is located in Mazzarò Bay, just a short stroll from the cable car which links the beach areas with the historic centre of Taormina, just a few minutes ride away.

  GARDEN VIEW ROOM  Located in the main building, these rooms enjoy views of either the gardens or the courtyard from their windows. All rooms feature a king-size or twin beds and have a marble bathroom with a bathtub or shower. Two rooms can be connected with a Villa Sant’Andrea Suite or Garden View Junior Suite. Max occupancy: 2 (no extra beds can be added).

  SUPERIOR SEA VIEW ROOM Located in both the main building and our separate annexe, Casa Manley, these double rooms feature either a balcony, a small terrace or a window with a wonderful view of the Bay of Mazzarò. They are all furnished with a king-size or twin beds and have a marble bathroom with a bathtub or a shower. One room is connecting with a Deluxe Sea View Room. Max occupancy: 2 (no extra bed can be added).

  DELUXE SEA VIEW ROOM BALCONY OR TERRACE Beautiful views of the bay are enjoyed from these lavish rooms in the main building. Each has a terrace or balcony with a table and chairs, some with a deckchair. Available with a king-size or twin beds, each room features a beautifully decorated marble bathroom with a bathtub or shower. Connecting rooms available. Max occupancy: 2 (no extra bed can be added).

  GARDEN VIEW JUNIOR SUITE A lovely view of the lush gardens can be enjoyed from the balcony of this suite in the main building. It offers a king-size or twin beds, a living area and a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and separate bathtub. The suite can be connected with a Garden View Room. Max occupancy: 3 (one extra bed can be added).

  SUPERIOR SEA VIEW JUNIOR SUITE WITH BALCONY Located in the main building or Casa Manley, all of these suites have balconies from which to enjoy the beautiful views of the Bay of Mazzarò. All have bedrooms with king-size or twin beds, a sitting area and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub or a shower. No connecting rooms. Max occupancy: 3 (one extra bed can be added).

  DELUXE SEA VIEW JUNIOR SUITE WITH BALCONY OR TERRACE Stunning sea views can be enjoyed from the balcony or terrace of these suites, which are located in the main building or Casa Manley. One of the suites also has a private gazebo with a sofa and armchairs. Each suite offers a king-size or twin beds, a comfortable sitting area and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and separate bathtub. No connecting rooms.   PREMIUM SEA VIEW JUNIOR SUITE WITH BALCONY Located in the main building or the pool area, these suites boast breathtaking views of the bay from their balconies. Each room offers a king-size or twin beds, an inviting sitting area and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and separate bathtub. Some rooms can be connected and the six suites in the pool building allow guests to occupy an entire floor. Max occupancy: 3 (one extra bed can be added).

  PREMIUM SEA VIEW SUITE These spacious suites in the main building boast amazing sea views from their expansive terraces and balconies. One features a gazebo and one a shady awning. The stylish living area is the perfect place to relax and the generous bathroom includes a separate shower, bathtub and luxurious double basin. Connecting rooms available. Max occupancy: 3 (a rollaway bed can be added in the living area).

  TWO-BEDROOM POOL SUITE For those seeking the ultimate space, this suite offers two bedrooms, a lavish separate living area and two bathrooms, one with a separate bathtub and shower, the other with just a shower. Stunning sea views are afforded from the expansive 60 sq m terrace, a blissful sanctuary furnished with a gazebo, sofa and bench. It also boasts a 2x6m heated private pool and a 40 sq m wooden solarium furnished with table and chairs, sunbeds and umbrella. The terrace’s decor blends lava rock, colourful Caltagirone ceramics, Sicilian terracotta and wrought iron. Beautiful plants and flowers create a connection with the natural surroundings. No connecting rooms. Max occupancy: 4. 

  VILLA SANT’ANDREA SUITE Our sumptuous suite is characterised by simple lines in harmony with the colours and natural features of the environment. Overlooking the clear waters of the bay, it reflects the locale with elements of wood, stone and flowers and furniture inspired by local Sicilian craftsmanship. The marble bathroom  a beautiful freestanding tub with copper and brass finishes. Captivating artwork recalls classic movies and Taormina’s film festival. A spacious living room with panoramic views makes entertaining and in-room dining a dream. King-size or twin beds available. Can connect with a Premium Sea View Junior Suite. Max occupancy: 2 adults and 2 children (using the sofabed in the living area).
