SETTING & STYLE

Masseria Stali is an ancient farm, located in the province of Lecce which has been restored with passion and innovative design by the present owners. The farm consists of about 270 hectares with predominantly olive trees, grain fields, vineyards and horticulture. It has been conducted with the organic farming method since 1996. Masseria Stali is set in Caprarica di Lecce, some 12 kms from Lecce and 50 kms from Brindisi airport. The Masseria Stali serves as a venue for training and didactic classes for all ages, where the processing and production of olive oil and ‘wheat to bread’ can be experience live. Masseria Stali also hosts cooking classes, providing the necessary space and equipment.

RESTAURANTS & BARS

The restaurant invites you to appreciate its cuisine. Most of the ingredients are produced in the farm and are genuine and organic grown. The flagship is of course the extra virgin olive oil, to be immediately sampled on the freshly baked bread from the oven, made with the mother's yeast and own wheat flour.
All the restaurant dishes are prepared with simplicity and love, combining tradition and innovation. The menu is always new, original and seasonal dictated. From its vineyards ‘Negramaro’ an excellent wine is produce.

RELAX

Nestled in rural countryside on the slopes of the Serre Salentine, it is possible to enjoy walks between ancient olive groves or hire a bike to race on one of track circuits nearby. There is a swimming pool and pilates classes set amongst the secular olive trees. The location in the heart of Salento, allows you to easily reach the best beaches of the Adriatic and Ionian Sea, as well as many places of historical, tourist and cultural interest such as Lecce, Otranto, Maglie, Gallipoli, S. Maria di Leuca. Free private parking is available on site.
