The proposals of the restaurant start from the rich gastronomic tradition of Liguria, a sea and land food that respects the old and new cuisine of the region, where coast and hinterland merge into a single soul.This is how dishes with the freshest catch of the day, but also with selected meats, with venison, and with wild and cultivated herbs, the basis of the famous and renowned “basil pesto”, are born.
