Le Restaurant Offering delicious international and oriental cuisines that can be enjoyed by guests in the comfort of their rooms, in the elegant dinning room or the option of dinning al fresco on a shaded terrace overlooking the shimmering waters. Guaranteed to indulge in a satisfying meal with a warm service. The elegant dining room is furnished with handpicked art deco pieces set by the French designer Jules Leleu and incorporator a unique colour combination of burgundy, beige and pastel blue. Marble detailing around the wooden doors and accents highlight the sophistication of the estate.  Though the rich menu offers mouthwatering options, featuring fresh seasonal ingredients from international and oriental cuisine, the hotels talented French chef allows guests to order sur measure, making sure their needs are met. Pool Bar Located by La Maison Bleue iconic pool overlooking the Red Sea. The bar offers guests a carefree escape while indulging in the skilful barmen’s homemade cocktails and sophisticated speciality drinks that can be enjoyed on the plush sofas and inviting daybeds. The Barmen showcase their incredible mixology talents they provide homemade syrups and infusions, refreshing lemonade, ginger ale, fruit juices and an extreme selection of herbs spices and flower bitters for a creative touch.
