SETTING & STYLE

Torreruja Villas are in Isola Rossa, as a part of Hotel Relax Torreruja Thalasso & Spa, approximately one hour by car from Olbia and Alghero and about 40 minutes from Santa Teresa di Gallura and Porto Torres ports.

The Villas are surrounded by Mediterranean gardens and furnished in a Mediterranean style. They guarantee independence, privacy and all facilities offered by the Hotel Relax Torreruja, in order to spend a full relaxing holiday in Sardinia.

All villas have sea view and are equipped with air conditioning, safe, telephone, hairdryer, kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine, TV, large veranda with sea view equipped with small table and armchairs; patio with barbecue, table and chairs. Bathrobe for adults and beach towels provided.

Villa Typology A: fine Mediterranean style furnished, with two bedrooms (one double room and a second room with twin beds), one bathroom with shower, living room with built-in sofa bed and possibility of cot.

Villa Typology B: furnished elegantly, with two bedrooms (one double room and a second room with twin beds), one bathroom with shower, living room with two built-in single sofa bed or two single sofa beds and possibility of cot.

Villa “Gli Olivastri”: with  more exclusive furniture,it consists of a double bedroom and a second bedroom with bunk beds, one shower room, kitchen and a living room with a built-in single sofa bed. A further room adjacent with independent entrance offers a double bed and shower room and the possibility of a cot. There is a roof-top terrace with sun-beds and 360' sea view. 

Villa "Romasinu": with private swimming pool, one bedroom with double bed, a second room with twin beds and a single sofa bed, both rooms with their bathroom, living room with built-in single sofa bed and possibility of cot. Verandas with barbecue, solarium equipped with built-in sofa bed and sea view.

Villa “Canneddi”: This villa has a private swimming pool and offers two double bedrooms( twin beds on request) each with its own shower room, kitchen and living room and possibility of a cot.  A further double bedroom adjacent with independent entrance, also has a shower room.  There are spacious verandahs on both sides. 

Villa guests have free use of the hotel’s facilities including: 24h reception ( during hotel closing dates, available at scheduled times), swimming pool, outdoor fitness area, piano bar and occasional shows by the pool.  Other facilities are available upon payment with the pre-paid card (see hotel description).  Guests may dine at the restaurants (bookable & payable locally). 

Note: Villas are accessed at garden level or slightly uphill via a slope.  One villa is located on an upper level, accessed via steps and has a terrace. Further details on request.

Supplements:

Mandatory deposit to be paid on arrival €300,00 per villa (refundable on departure)

Rates do not include:

- utilities water, gas, electricity), bed and bathroom linen (1 set of bed linen and 2 sets of bath towels per person per week - kitchen linen not provided)
- final cleaning, fridge, crockery and kitchen nook must be left clean upon departure. Otherwise €60,00 will be held back from the deposit
- bathrobes for adults and beach towels provided, with one midweek change.
