Situated on the coastline of the lush landscape of North East Sardinia, Gabbiano Azzurro Hotel & Suites****S is a famous, fascinating hotel surrounded on three sides by the sea and offering breathtaking vistas from dawn to sunset. The hotel boasts a shallow, light blue bay with private beach on one side, accessible directly from inside the hotel, and on the other side a sea view pool filled with sea water.

The Hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the main activities of the quaint, lively fishermen town of Golfo Aranci, 20 minutes by car from Olbia airport and 20 minutes from the famous attractions of Costa Smeralda, Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo. The beautiful beaches of Cala Moresca and Cala Sabina are both within easy reach

 RESTAURANTS & BARS

Breakfast served on the sea view terrace, where one can start the day bathing in the blue shades of the surrounding landscape. For lunch, Guests can enjoy table service as well as a take-away snack at the new open-air RistoBar, a few steps away from the sand and the sea. The pool area is served all day long by the main bar, to allow guests enjoy a fresh cocktail or light snack by the pool.

For a refined, à la carte dining experience, guests can book a table at the Blú Restaurant to taste local cuisine with an international and mediterranean touch, where one can enjoy the sunsets from its west facing terrace sheering over the sea.

 

RELAX

The hotel’s private beach is only available for its guests and beach umbrellas and sun loungers are included in the room rate until the 07th of June and from 21st September to the end of October 2024 (from the 08th of June to the 20th of September, sun lounger are available from Euro 20 per day and can be booked in advance via the hotel's reception).Beach towels are complimentary and can be changed daily at reception.

Alternatively guests can also enjoy the seawater swimming pool  which is located on the main terrace, overlooking the sea with complimentary sun-beds and parasols. These cannot be reserved.

For the sports minded, a diving centre is available nearby, offering snorkeling excursions, diving courses and equipment. Many other water-sports such as pedal boats, stand up paddles and dinghies are also available nearby. Boat excursions to watch the resident dolphins of Golfo Aranci are available to be booked with our concierge service.

Additional excursions are available, such as trips to La Maddalena Archipelago, Tavolara Marine area as well as inland and off road excursions. Tennis courts are approximately 100m away. (All are bookable locally via the hotel).

  Classic Village View -  Approx.22 sqm room with a balcony overlooking the quaint fishing town of Golfo Aranci. It is a comfortable room prepared either with twin beds or a double bed. The room we can comfortably add a third bed and possibly a bunk bed
  
  Compact Sea View - A small but fully equipped room,  The bedroom is ideal for a twin or double bed, and cannot fit a third or bunk bed. Stunning view over the Terza Spiaggia beach, well known in Golfo Aranci. The balcony is furnished with two chairs and a coffee table.
  
  Comfort Sea View - Approx. 20 sqm room with a double bed or twin beds and can comfortably accommodate a third bed or bunk beds. The balcony has sea views furnished with two chairs and a coffee table.
  
  Superior room Village View - Approx. 23 sqm, with a double bed or twin beds, with the possibility of a thrid bed or bunk beds. The balcony is furnished with two chairs and a coffee table and wide views of Golfo Aranci

  Junior Suite - Approx. 34 sqm and located in the main section of the hotel and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Situated on the top floor, you can take advantage of its elevated with stunning sea views over the beach
  
  Charming Suite - Situated on the ground floor with direct access to the hotel's swimming pool and jacuzzi, this suite offers a wide view over Golfo Aranci skyline from its private terrace, furnished with two chairs and a coffee table. A second bedroom can be added to the suite with its second bathroom, to offer additioanl space and beds, accommodating up to 4 adults and 2 children.
  
  Luxury Suite - Our Luxury Suite room offers a spacious living room with a sofa and table . The bedroom is bright and beautiful thanks to the stunning window wall that allows you to fully enjoy its spectacular view. Moreover, the terrace offers a comfortable solarium area where you can sunbathe on the two sunbeds available. A coffee table with chairs completes the terrace where you can ask for a snack or a breakfast in total privacy. For your utmost comfort, the Luxury Suite room offers a large bathroom with a wide crystal shower cabin. On request, this suite can add a second bedroom with its second bathroom, to offer more space and beds, hosting up to 4 adults and 2 children.
