• Hotel Villas Resort is located on the scenic south-east coastline of Sardinia, in an area renowned for its ribbon of spectacular sandy beaches, collectively known as Costa Rei. This newly built resort has an elegant and refined air: low rise and typically Mediterranean in style. With its lovely lawned gardens and use of local granite, it discreetly blends in amongst a wild Mediterranean landscape of myrtle, juniper, and mastic trees. The stylish and elegant hotel is built in typically Mediterranean architecture, with shapes and colours in full harmony with the local history, landscape, and the surrounding environment. It is 500 meters from an enchanting beach, fully equipped, with very fine white sand and slowly deepening waters, perfect for children, which can be reached in 7 minutes along a foot-path or with an electric shuttle bus that connects the hotel and the beach during the day. Use of sunbeds and umbrellas from the third row is complimentary for the hotel's guests.The hotel is 5 minutes from the tourist center of Costa Rei, 15 minutes from Villasimius and 50 minutes from Cagliari.

RESTAURANTS & BARS

The Tramonto dell’Ulivo Restaurant overlooks the pool and offers a rich international buffet breakfast, a Light lunch, and a great buffet of a wide choice of appetizers, salads, hot first and second courses, desserts, and fruit. Other than 1 litre of water per room per meal, drinks are not 

Alternatively, the Brisa del mare Beach Bar and the Laguna Lounge Bar are open for lunchtime snacks, ice-cream, drinks, and cocktails (not included in the full board).

On our amazing terrace Terrazza dei Venti, guests will enjoy an aperitif or an elegant à la carte dinner, while admiring the marvelous colours of the Mediterranean scrub blending with the blue of the sky and the sea.

For departures before 7:30 a.m. or arrivals after 10 p.m. guests can request an early breakfast with packaged products and room temperature drinks, or some cold dishes to be served at the bar or in the room.

Allergies and intolerances: It is important to inform the hotel in advance (preferably when booking) about allergies and intolerances as well as other their dietary requirements. Vegetarian or vegan options are always available at the restaurant.

The Resort does not have a separate area for gluten-free cuisine, thus, the absence of contamination for unpacked products cannot be guaranteed.

The availability of Restaurant and Bar service, in some periods of the season could be limited and not always guaranteed due to Management decision or weather conditions as some of the restaurants could change the type of service.

RELAX

For total relaxation, the Limpida Spa, developed in harmony with nature ant the juniper scented environment, offers a swimming pool with Jacuzzi, tone up treatments, massages, hammam, emotional shower. The resort’s freshwater swimming pool is equipped with complimentary sunbeds & parasols.  Guests can make use of the resorts soccer pitch, a fully equipped gym for body building and fitness, and a tennis court. In the nearby area, there are various water-sports activities (all at local cost). 

From June to September, a specific area fully organized for the youngest guests. It offers a wide program of cultural and entertaining activities organized by age. The Mini Club la Casa dei Cuccioli is open every day from 10 am till 12 pm, from 4 pm till 6 pm, and from 8pm to 10 pm and includes a snack time and the dinner with the Mini Club’s Staff. Compulsory Club Card is €6.00 for each adult per day, €4.00 for each child (4-12 yrs) per day. It includes activities & entertainment, snack time and dinner with the Mini Club staff, sunbeds, and umbrellas from the third row. Night entertainment includes a piano bar and live music from 9 pm to 11:30 pm.

  The Hotel features 4 types of rooms with different sizes, elegantly furnished and suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

  Classic rooms lie both in the Garden area - surrounded by the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub, and in the main building - where all the main services like restaurants, bar, pool and SPA are. All with a garden view, they may vary from 14 to 20 sqm accommodating up to 4 people.

  Deluxe rooms with pool view are all set in the main building, close to the main services such as restaurants, bar, swimming pool, SPA and shuttle to the beach. Their size ranges from 20 to 25 sqm , accommodating up to 4 people.

  Suite are situated in the garden area, in a very intimate position. With a room size varying from 25 to 32 sqm, they have a double room and another room with twin beds or sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 people.

  Family Suite is situated in a reserved and intimate position of the garden area, they have a double room, a twin or single room and a nice living room with sofa bed. Ranging from 30 to 40 sqm, they accommodate up to 6 people.
