Baia Di Chia Resort Sardinia is the ideal location for seclusion, with it's own pristine stretch of unspoilt beach.
It sits on the Chia promontory, where the view stretches out over the whole bay across to the old watchtower, the lagoon populated with flamingos, and the Mediterranean scrub, with the bluest sea in Italy just a stone’s throw away. Guests are greeted in the new reception area that leads to new pathways through the greenery, passing by a herb garden and the new half-Olympic infinity pool. 

Fully renovated for 2021, it offers 77 spacious and bright rooms which are embedded in the promontory with clean lines that draw the eye towards the spectacular view over the sea and surrounding nature. 

RESTAURANTS & BARS

For lovers of good food and drink, the Baia Di Chia Resort Sardinia has a  poolside bar and  il Ginepro Restaurant serving delicious, creative menus perfect for any occasion. A Dine around option (with supplement) also available.

RELAX

The semi-olympic infinity swimming pool of 25 metres in length offers a new area dedicated to full relaxation or the perfect option for athletes to practice their training. The pool also features a children’s section so the little ones can enjoy a fun time.
The Chia Natural Spa, with its range of  face and body treatments, Turkish baths, saunas and energising showers as well as all other facilities of Chia Laguna are at Hotel Baia guests' disposal. A shuttle service will be provided on request to reach the main facilities of the resort (500 mt).

Sunbeds, parasols and beach towels are complimentary services from the third row onwards at Monte Cogoni beach. The Suites and Suite Incanto have beach services in first row, Baia Prestige Mare in second row.

King Deluxe Room (26 sq.m.)- The sea is just a stone’s throw away, and the landscape is coloured with the intense green of the Mediterranean maquis with its wonderful scents.The King Deluxe rooms are homely and delightful, set in natural surroundings with myrtle bushes, mastic trees and granite rocks all around. They welcome guests with their colours and their style that constantly evoke the outdoor setting. Here, the white light of Sardinia contrasts with the warm tones of stone and clay and the raw fibre, cord and wicker décor reflect the tradition and handicrafts of this land. King Deluxe Room with Lagoon View (26 sq.m.) - From these rooms the view stretches out towards the lagoon, with the wonderful sight of free-roaming flamingos whose outspread wings colour it in a flurry of bright red. The King Deluxe rooms with lagoon view are spacious and welcoming, set in natural surroundings that are reflected in their style and colours, where the interiors and the outdoor environment blend seamlessly. The light colours of the walls welcome guests with their Mediterranean light, and the warm tones of the natural fibre and cord elements feature earth and clay. The lines of the décor evoke the softness of traditional handicrafts. The outdoor area is furnished with chaise-longues and coffee tables. Sleeps up to 2 people plus infant.

King Deluxe room with Sea View (26 sq.m.) - In the King Deluxe rooms with sea view, the blue of the bay and the blue of the sky meet on the horizon, becoming the constant element that blends the interiors with the nature outside the rooms, in a setting where the green hues and the scents of the Mediterranean maquis abound. The rooms feature colours that reflect their surroundings and the history of this land: the light walls, the warm tones of earth and clay for the fibre and cord décor, and the soft lines of the handicrafts. The outdoor area is furnished with chaise-longues and coffee tables. Sleeps up to 2 adults, plus infants.

King One Bedroom Suite with Sea View (44-55 sq.m.) - The most striking aspect of the view is the blue of the sea; the beach and the cliffs are almost on your doorstep, and the Mediterranean maquis is all around. The Suite with sea view welcomes you with its own special style, where nature and tradition come together, with the outdoor surroundings reflected in the interior design. The light colours of the walls are paired with the warm tones of the natural fibre fabrics and entwined reeds. The décor has the soft lines of traditional Mediterranean handicrafts. The suite comprises a bedroom with king-sized bed and lounge area with sofa. It has everything you need for your comfort, ensuring you have a wonderful holiday surrounded by nature and the sea, with large interiors and enchanting outdoor areas with chaise-longues and coffee tables. Suite Incanto (140 sq.m.) - The Incanto Suite welcomes you in its spectacular location on the promontory, with views stretching out across the sea and as far as the lagoon. It is set in the most authentic Sardinian surroundings – in the Mediterranean maquis – with the scent of mastic trees and juniper bushes in the air. It has been refurbished with a style that seamlessly blends the interiors and the nature all around. The suite’s colour palette contrasts white with the warm tones of earth and clay. The décor is in natural materials like fibre and cord, shaped into soft, sinuous lines inspired by the landscape.It comprises two double rooms, 41 and 53 sq.m. in size, each one with a lounge area, king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The large communal living area with its own bathroom, the large green spaces, and the roofed verandas and relaxation areas make the suite a thrilling and unique place to stay: your very own villa by the sea.
