The White restaurant follows the ‘km 0’ concept: most ingredients are either grown with love in the hotel’s own vegetable patch or directly sourced to local farmers, making the diner’s experience as authentic and seasonal as possible.

Breakfast is a plentiful buffet of fresh products with the added luxury of offering a cooked English breakfast (on request), a perfect start to the day!
Lunch is taken ‘al fresco’ around the pool with a selection of drinks and refreshments.
The a la carte dinner menu features nothing but the best regional and national specialties, prepared with simplicity to enhance the natural flavours of each ingredients. To complete the fine Apulian menu, a selection of Italian wines is available.

RELAX

The Unica wellness centre is a true heaven for guests wishing to relax and get pampered: indoor heated pool with hydromassage and water blade, sauna, Turkish bath.
Five different rooms are available for various massages and beauty treatments throughout the day. For more active guests, the hotel also has a fully equipped gym. 

Borgobianco is only 5 km away from the ancient town of Polignano a Mare, which sits on top of limestone cliffs overlooking the sea. For the third year in a row, Polignano a Mare has received a Blue Flag for the quality of its waters along with its excellent facilities on the beach. The hotel provideas a complimentary shuttle to the closest beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available to Borgobianco guests upon previous arrangements with the hotel and at local costs.
