SETTING AND STYLE

Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards the Vinilia Wine Resort is a transformation of an ancient manor house into a unique experience of style and warmth. The resort is the result of an intense restoration of an ancient small medieval castle and supporting dwells into a refined and comfortable hotel. An Italian garden adorned the rear part of the manor on which overlooked the large terrace, to the south of the building. The Vinilia Wine Resort sits in the beautiful wine-producing countryside of Manduria, famous for its delicious Primitivo, in the heart of Salento area within an hour drive from Brindisi airport.

RESTAURANTS & BARS

Set against an appealing backdrop, the Restaurant Casamatta offers a food experience with its roots set deep in the traditions of the Puglia region. The best local ingredients are the leading players in the menu of Chef Pietro Penna, who benefits from the advice of Two Michelin Star chef Valeria Piccini. The restaurant itself is pleasingly informal, with tables in different styles, chairs of north European taste, innovative light fixtures and a large fireplace in weathering steel produced locally. You can expect an authentic dining experience with the best wines of the most renowned wineries of Salento and a refined lounge bar is used for the breakfast service, the light lunch, cocktails, and where you can taste fresh seasonal fruit and homemade pastry.

Outside, the extensive grounds are a delight to wander around and discover your favourite corner – the addition of the new pool allows guests to soak up the sun, swim some laps or just doze on a shady sun bed whilst enjoying the panorama. Guests facilities includes the free use of the internal parking area, the pool and common areas, Wi-Fi connection and pool towels.

  18 guest-rooms are furnished with refinement and attention to details. Of different size and design are located either on the castle or adjacent dwelling (wing) and all are equipped with modern comforts.
  
  Classic Double - Ground floor rooms, located in the wing, has vaulted ceilings and opening on to the delightful internal courtyard. Double bed and en-suite shower room.
  Deluxe Double - Larger ground floor room, located in the wing, has vaulted ceilings and opening on to the delightful internal courtyard. King-size double bed and en-suite shower room.
  Superior Double - Spacious ground floor room, located in the castle, with double bed and private patio, or first/second floor with private balcony (smaller balcony in the second floor).
  Junior Suite with bathtub - Spacious airy room, located in the castle on the first floor, with vaulted ceilings and large terrace, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

  The suite with typical star vault is the most prestigious of the Resort. Located in the castle, on the first floor, it is large, bright and well finished; It enjoys a very private location and features a large master bedroom (king-size bed). Finely embellished with design elements and antique furniture. Equipped with a double sofa bed (with possibility to add 3rd and 4th guest), shower room and a private furnished terrace.
