RESTAURANTS & BARS

Guests looking for a luxury dining can savour fine international cuisine at their restaurants. The main restaurant serving international, Creole and Asian dishes and the unique On the Rocks dining venue, offers grills, salads, pasta and pizza. The Gunpowder Room (with reservation) is open for dinner twice a week and is a restored French colonial battery and a recognised national monument and offers delicious Creole and Mauritian menus.  Private dining for couples is available either on the sands of Turtle Bay, or in the Gunpowder Room and served by a private butler.

The Bar, open from 10 am to midnight (lunch menu until 7pm), is an excellent place to relax and unwind with an aperitif or a nightcap, located in traditional thatched roof structures,
