Guests can choose an adults-only experience in the RedLevel, an exclusive boutique hotel within the resort providing the most exquisite attention, or a family experience in the RedLevel for Families providing superior facilities and services for the little ones.

The Hotel features five international gourmet restaurant options and six bars and lounges to satisfy even the most discerning tastes. From Nami a Japanese Restaurant, which has its own sushi bar and teppanyaki tables, to the delicious Mediterranean cuisine serving paellas and seafood dishes at the Oasis Pool Grille by the pool.

For guests who wish to try different cuisines the half board option allows to choose from the set menu at three of the restaurants à la carte as well as the Pangaea Show Cooking Buffet. Half-board LUXURY may choose from the menu or buffet in any of the 7 restaurants in the resort. Half board does not include drinks.

Pangea: Restaurant serving international haute cuisine, buffet show cooking offered in a themed oasis, dishes created before your very eyes, designed to surprise you with a different proposal every day for you to enjoy a journey to different culinary worlds. Open for breakfast and dinner with formal dress code.

Market Grill, located next to the infinity pool Market Grill Restaurant is opened for lunch with a salad bar and choice of snacks throughout the day. Dress code informal

Club Ocean: Offering the best Italian avant-garde cuisine in the evening along with spectacular views of the hotel. A true Italian Trattoria with unbeatable sunsets and moonlit nights and views over the island of La Gomera. A La carte with formal dress code. Oasis Pool Grille: Culinary paradise located by one of the magnificent resort pools. A la carte restaurant offering delicious Mediterranean/Spanish specialties for lunch (rice dishes, grilled meats and seafood).

Restaurant & Red Level Lounge – Adults only:  “La Terrace” is an exclusive and elegant Red Level Restaurant & Lounge for adults only specialising in fondues. Dress code is formal.
Opening times: Dinner (21:00 – 23:00. Last orders 22:30). Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Nami Asian Bistro, exotic Asiatic – Japanese: A la carte restaurant: 3 experiences in one: sushi show cooking, teppanyaki tables and Japanese bistro. Open for dinner with a formal dress code.

DÚO, creative cuisine: Hotel fine dining specialising in flambé with two concepts: DÚO Fine Dinning & DÚO Tapas & Wine Bar. Open for dinner with formal dress code. Closed on Tuesday and Wednesday

The Hotel has a choice of 7 bars spread across the resort some outdoors to enjoy a drink whilst looking at the sunset and some with live music and piano lounge.

Swimming pools: Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora provides 7,500m2 of pools for all ages, with 5 outdoor pools that range from adults only to family pools to children’s pool with pirate ship and a baby section.
The infinity pool with its 5,000m2 is the biggest saltwater pool in a European hotel, with 80 water beds in the pool and 2 integrated water rituals.

Health & Spa: The Hotel features a Clarins Spa offering their signature and aromatherapy facials and body treatments. Within the Spa a hydrotherapy circuit with water jets, bi-thermal foot bath, thermal shock showers and hydromassage are available.

Beach: The Hotel has direct access to the sea front with its distinctive volcanic sand.
