Food is taken very seriously at the Myconian Ambassador; your palate will be delighted by a sumptuous breakfast feast; lunches and dinners are a culinary experience with every ingredient expertly sourced and utilized by talented chefs to create delicious meals.

Latitudes serves a lavish buffet breakfast including a champagne American buffet, freshly baked pastries and bread, charcuterie, salmon and eggs cooked to order. Traditional delicacies such as dolmades (stuffed wine leaves), Greek honey and yoghurt and delicious olives are also available.
Efisia is one of the top tables on the island, offering a gourmet menu in an elegant atmosphere. Regional flavours and seasonal organic ingredients are used to create mouth watering combinations. Open for lunch and dinner with an a la carte menu or menu degustation options.
George’s Bar named after the patriarch of the Myconian Collection is the perfect place to enjoy your favourite drink and snack whilst looking at the panoramic views across the sea from its terrace. Light lunches are also served from noon in a relaxing yet chic lounge.

Swimming pools: The hotel has a beautiful large communal swimming pool with indulgent sun loungers with bolster cushions and parasol. The attentive staff provide fresh towels along with complimentary iced smoothies or any other drink one may fancy from the bar’s menu. 

Health & Spa: The Spa at the Myconian Ambassador features an indulgent Thalasso therapy oasis with 3 indoor pools, a steam room and a sauna.
An extensive treatment menu and packages for couples and individuals are available through highly experienced therapists.

Beach: Platis Gialos has fine golden sand with crystal-clear waters and can be reached on foot in few minutes. Non-Motorised and motorised water sports can be organised by the Hotel staff directly on the beach along with private yacht hire for a daily excursion. Other beautiful beaches can also be reached on foot from the hotel for those that enjoy venturing out and exploring.

  Designed as a private home with every comfort and indulgence in mind, the villa has the ability to transform from an accommodation for smaller groups, to a large villa ideal for family reunions or friend’s gatherings that can sleep up to 22 guests.
  The rooms occupy two levels and can be connected or separated to form two, four, six or eight bedrooms. Four ensuite bedrooms on the lower floor lead out onto the spacious terrace that doubles the living space, with a covered patio, an infinity pool and open-air Jacuzzi. On the upper floor, four luxury ensuite rooms, all with tubs and showers, open onto a sunbathing terrace with endless views to the horizon.
  Amenities include a private bar and the high-tech comforts of 3-D, satellite Smart television with DVD player, iPod docking station and wireless Internet connectivity and ironing facilities. We’ve even added an open wine cellar and private drive-in parking. Housekeeping and a concierge are available for special requests.
