RESTAURANTS & BARS

Ikos Olivia offers its guests an amazing choice of different and inspiring restaurants taking you on an extraordinary gastronomic journey that stretches from Michelin-starred restaurants to the finest local cuisine.  The five à la carte menus are accompanied by the innovative dine-out programme created to introduce the guests to some of the best local restaurants making sure you are truly spoiled by choices. Reservations are recommended.

Ouzo - This outdoor dining spot has been fully renovated for 2024 and offers a menu designed by Michelin-starred chef Lefteris Lazarou. The menu features a blend of modern and traditional Greek flavors and includes innovative dishes made with locally sourced ingredients from Greece’s Halkidiki peninsula, such as freshly caught seafood and seasonal produce. Breakfast is available between 7.30 - 11.00, à la carte lunch is available between 12.30 – 16.00 and dinner is available between 18.30 – 22.00.

Ouzo is located on Beach Front.

Fresco - Savor classic Italian dishes and inventive creations by Michelin-starred chef Ettore Botrini at the subtly renovated Fresco restaurant for 2024, all with stunning Mediterranean views. Fresco is open for dinner only between 18.30 -22.00.

Anaya – Experience a diverse selection of delicious dishes from China, Thailand, and India, showcasing authentic flavours. With an à la carte menu by Michelin-starred Chef Thiou, Anaya provides a distinctive fine dining experience, featuring newly renovated interiors and an elegantly refreshed terrace. Anaya is only open for dinner between 18.30 – 22.00; a reservation is required as well as a smart dressing code.

Provence – Experience a romantic candlelit evening with a curated menu by Michelin-starred chef Stéphanie Le Quellec, featuring sophisticated dishes celebrating the glamour of the Côte d’Azur.
Breakfast is available between 8.00 – 11.30, a la carte lunch is available between 13.00 – 16.30, and dinner is available between 18.30 – 22.00.

Provence is located in the Pool Area.

Flavors – Indulge in European dishes and premium wines overlooking the stunning Halkidiki coastline at this newly revamped restaurant. Breakfast is available between 7.00 – 11.00, lunch between 12.30 – 14.30 and dinner between 18.30 – 21.30. No dress code and no reservation required

The Garden - Step into the all-new Garden restaurant for an unforgettable experience of relaxed summer evenings, indulging in refined flavours paired with exquisite wines. Ikos Olivia is beautifully framed amongst 22 acres of landscaped gardens dotted around with ancient olive trees and the stunning 450m private white sandy beaches. There are also four swimming pools on the grounds including a paddling pool for babies and small children.
The pool area features for its guests a swim-up bar, a 450m2 main heated pool as well as an incredible 806m2 Deluxe Collection pool which is also heated; there are also indoor/outdoor pools at the Ikos Spa.
All you have to do is relax in your sunbed and let the attentive staff pamper you with delightful snacks and drinks all included in your holiday cost.
Ikos Beach Life even offers a beach-based child care service where children are well looked after whilst the parents enjoy a moment or two to soak up the beautiful surroundings or maybe have lunch at the beach bar.
