Whether your taste is for haute cuisine or exceptional everyday fare, the chefs at Forte Village have all the skills to satisfy your appetite. Each day they create up to 180 different international dishes. Your heart and soul will be in Sardinia, but your taste buds will take you on a grand tour of the culinary world. Away from the restaurants, you'll find stylish bars, elegant lounges, top-flight night-time entertainment and a trendy club.
Lunch is not included in half-board packages and the Forte Village Resort reserves the right to open, close and modify restaurants during the season without prior notice. All facilities are subject to weather conditions and may be limited in early and late season.
What to wear? Casual, informal wear is recommended during the day. In the evenings you may wish to dress more formally (shorts and bermudas are not permitted in the restaurants at dinner). During spring and autumn evenings can be cool, so warmer garments are advisable.
The Resort Management reserves the right to open, close or modify restaurants during the season without prior notice.
Fine Dining
The Forte Village Resort's status as an internationally recognised culinary destination is confirmed by the presence of three Michelin-starred chefs, each offering an elegant collection of signature dishes. Their other gourmet restaurants maintain similarly high standards, serving refined Italian and international cuisine in the most creative and light variations.
DA ROCCO IANNONE
Overlooking the Oasis pool. this restaurant is directed by Michelin-starred chef Rocco Iannone. A wonderful place to rediscover the finest traditional Italian cuisine.
Open for dinner from July to the end of August. Subject to a supplement for all hotel guests. Reservations required.
LA TERRAZZA SAN DOMENICO
Chef Massimiliano Mascia, of the restaurant San Domenico di Imola, brings the excellence of Romagna cuisine to Forte Village. Located with beautiful sea views and not to be missed.

CANTINA DEL FORTE RESTAURANT
Gourmet cuisine with splendid wine
A sophisticated and intimate setting with more than 300 of the most important wines from Italy and around the world. The restaurant plays host to the Night of the Great Chefs, where Michelin-starred chefs get together with great wine experts to match exceptional wines to their dishes, creating an unforgettable gastronomic experience.

Set beneath the stars amid a scented pine grove, this elegant buffet restaurant serves Italian and International dishes prepared with skill and passion. Every day the buffet offers lots of new dishes to enjoy with pleasant music playing in the background.

Dining al fresco overlooking the exotic gardens of Forte Village is a truly enchanting experience. With subtle, attentive service, the Belvedere serves Italian and Sardinian cuisine reinterpreted by contemporary chef, Antonello Arrus. His substantial menu features local dishes with a creative twist and the extensive wine list offers the finest wines. He also prepares a wellness menu for the Thaermae del Forte bar at lunchtime.

Enjoying starlit serenity, diners at Le Dune can gaze out to sea at the moon reflected in the calm Sardinian sea, as Stefano Mei prepares gourmet seafood at this sophisticated restaurant beside the beach. In elegant surroundings, the restaurant pays tribute to the flavours and beauty of the ocean. The open kitchen provides guests with a view of their dishes being made first-hand. A salt and bread selection and a degustation and tasting menu prepared by the chef are available throughout the season.

PINETA RESTAURANT

Varied menu of traditinal Italian dishes
In the spectacular setting of an ancient pine forest, the Pineta serves a deliciously varied and opulent buffet. The rich buffet features appetisers, mains with a wide choice of meat, fish, cheese and Sardinian salami and a selection of desserts and ice creams. This wonderfully extensive menu is made even more special during theme nights celebrating traditional dishes from around Italy.

Positioned near the Oasis, the Torre Grill serves an exceptional variety of meat from Italy, Ireland and Argentina, all cooked on the grill. The dishes are cooked in an open kitchen and served in a modern, dynamic atmosphere. A wide range of starters and desserts completes the menu and the drinks list features wines and Italian and foreign beers.

BELLAVISTA RESTAURANT

Cuisine from all over the Mediterranean
The perfect place to enjoy the spectacle of a Sardinian sunset, Bellavista is a lovely à la carte restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The menu features Mediterranean cuisine from Spain, Morocco, Greece, Turkey and coastal France. A wide range of wines and Italian craft beers is served.
Open for dinner from July to August. The restaurant is dedicated to Palme and Borgo guests. Other guests may dine with a reservation.

Reflecting Sardinia's history, the island enjoys one of Italy's most varied, tastiest cuisines. Forte's waterfront Sardinian restaurant celebrates this fine tradition, serving local pasta dishes, fish, pork cooked in a wood burning oven, vegetables, cheeses, desserts and wines that are always rich in flavour. Traditional Carasau bread is served and dinner ends with a sip of myrtle along with honey and cheese. The award-winning wines pay particular attention to the bouquet of the island.

Delicious meat is cooked over charcoal or slowly spit-roasted at this refreshingly relaxed restaurant in the Oasis area. Featuring traditional South American dishes, the restaurant serves a rich selection of meats, cooked on an aromatic wooden grill and served with salad, crispy potatoes and caramelized pineapple. A large selection of Brazilian and Italian wines and beers are served.

Along with the catch of the day, you'll find a vast choice of salads, Sardinian cheese and regional charcuterie. In a relaxing environment, the Fish Market recreates the grand themes of Italian cooking, from homemade pasta to fresh fish, chosen from the display and grilled. Complete your lunch with a selection of magnificent salads or, for a touch of the exotic East, choose maki and sushi. Wine is served by the glass or bottle, along with a selection of Italian and foreign beers.

On the seafront, this charming restaurant serves the widest variety of pizzas, cooked in its wood-burning oven. Choose from the salad buffet and to complete your meal, pick fresh seasonal fruit, home-made ice cream or a typical local dessert. Forte's pizzeria captures the flavour and atmosphere of a real Italian pizzeria on the beach. Made with fresh local ingredients, the pizzas include the classic pizza with mozzarella di bufala DOP. The wine list specialises in Sardinian wines and an extensive selection of Italian craft beers.

In a relaxed setting, this tribute to the symbol of Italian cuisine serves an amazing selection of fresh homemade pasta, freshly cooked and accompanied by the best fish-based sauces, meat, tomatoes and vegetables. Low calorie dishes
After a spa treatment, choose from a wide range of herbal teas with honey, freshly squeezed juices and smoothies, along with a huge selection of international mineral waters. The teas are regenerating, purifying, relaxing and infused with fresh fruit and vegetables. A teaspoon of Sardinian honey is added for a breadth of kindness.
The Mediterranean-inspired wellness menu offers delicious low-calorie dishes that can be customised according to a special diet. This menu is created by Antonello Arrus, Chef of the Belvedere restaurant.
