Enter a fairytale land in Alberobello, where the streets are lined with Trulli houses, dry-stone buildings with conical roofs that dot the landscape in their hundreds. These unique houses are surprisingly ingenious structures, complete with their own rainwater collection and storage. Due to its precious architecture and heritage, the town was granted UNESCO status in 1997.

Stroll along the picturesque winding alleys with your expert guide and step into a world full of folklore and traditions. Continue to a local dairy farm for an authentic ‘zero food miles’ experience. Meet the cheese artisan who creates burrata and mozzarella on site and watch fresh cheese being made before your eyes. If you wish, you can also get hands-on and try making the cheese. Experience Overview

Transfer to the striking cliff-top town of Polignano a Mare, known as the “Amalfi of Puglia” for its dramatic panoramas and coastal beauty. The town also hosts the annual Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series. At the port, embark on a modern skiff to explore the sea caves hidden beneath the town’s cliffs. As the boat ducks in and out of the caves, imagine the many centuries of smugglers who used these natural shelters.

After the boat tour, enjoy time to stroll through Polignano a Mare and taste artisan gelato, a local speciality. Please note the boat activity is weather dependent and will be reconfirmed the day before. We will do our best to reschedule during your stay where possible. If rescheduling is not feasible, the cost of the boat will be refunded. We cannot refund the cost of the guide included in the experience. If the boat is not feasible, the experience will instead include a guided visit of Polignano a Mare and Monopoli.
