Situated at the gateway to the Costa Smeralda, Resort Cala Di Falco sits in attractive gardens, just across the road from the main beach at Cannigione.  The charming, small town of Cannigione, with its port and selection of shops, restaurants and gelaterias, is just 100 metres away, making the Resort the ideal choice for guests who enjoy a gentle stroll into town in the evening, or for those preferring to self-cater or dine in the local restaurants.  The Resort comprises of: Hotel ‘Il Borgo’ and Hotel & Residence ‘La Rotonda’ .

The public beach of Cannigione is just steps away, across the road from the main swimming pool of the hotel.  Sun-beds & parasols (complimentary for hotel guests and at local cost for self catering guests) are available all season on the public beach opposite the Resort (subject to availability). The Resort also runs a shuttle (complimentary for Il Borgo guests and on payment for Residence guests) to other public beaches in the area at set times (except Saturdays).  Services are available on these beaches (via local beach organisers) at local cost & are subject to availability

The Resort boasts three freshwater swimming pools.  The large, central pool, with sun-beds, parasols, bar and pool attendant, is reserved for Il Borgo guests, whilst a smaller pool is reserved for guests of La Rotonda & the Residence, and offers sun-beds and deckchairs. (Guests at La Rotonda Residence may use the pool at Il Borgo for a local charge (subject to availability).  The third is for children only and is located within the supervised area of the Mini Club.  

A buffet breakfast is available on the terrace of  Restaurant‘La Poiana’, which is located beside one of the swimming pools. For dinner, guests have two options. A rich buffet of Mediterranean and local specialities, may be taken on the verandahs of Restaurant ‘La Poiana’.  Alternatively, a table service of Chef’s recommendations and grilled specialities, can be enjoyed at  Restaurant ‘ La Terrazza’, with its panoramic views over the Gulf of Arzachena. (Reservation required and supplement payable locally.  Open at the discretion of the management).

After dinner, guests can relax in the Piano Bar lounge, with al fresco terrace overlooking the pool and sea.  Entertainment takes place some evenings.
Lunch: Brunch Mediterraneo® is a light buffet lunch, consisting of hot pasta dishes or cold dishes based on cereals, legumes and vegetables, in addition to salads, fruits and local cheeses. Meat, fish and desserts are not served.  (Note: During low season or when guest number are lower, the management may replace the buffet with table service).  On request at the hotel, guests on half board may replace dinner with Brunch Mediterraneo® and the Brunch may also be substituted for a packed lunch.  Those booking Brunch Mediterraneo may also take advantage of the “Brunch Around” whereby brunch can be taken at the following 4-star hotels: Hotel Relax Torreruja Thalasso & SPA (Isola Rossa), Hotel Marinedda Thalasso & SPA (Isola Rossa), Resort & Spa Le Dune (Badesi) and Park Hotel & SPA Cala di Lpre (Palau).  Upon payment of a supplement on top of the brunch cost, guests may also have brunch at the 5-star Resort Valle dell’Erica Thalasso & SPA (Santa Teresa Gallura).
Transfers and drinks not included.  Reservation must be made at the hotel.
Subject to availability, reservation & local charge, guests of La Rotonda Residence may use the Internet point, bar, piano bar and restaurants, during the opening period of the hotel.

Guests can spend a relaxing half day at the exclusive Wellness Centre ‘L’Incantu’ located at the five-star Hotel Capo d’Orso in Palau (at Cala Capra). The Centre is equipped with reception, multi function seawater Thalasso pools, treatment rooms, Turkish bath, relax areas and sun deck with sun-beds.  Transfer is by boat.  All payable locally.

The Resort offers a *free Baby & Mini Club with playground  (operates 26May -06Sep).  The Baby Club (from 18 months to 3 yrs) and the Mini Club (from 4 yrs to 13 yrs) are open from 0900 to1300 and again from 1500 to 1830 7 days a week. There is also a 24-hour baby bottle service. In addition, the Clubs operate a group baby sitting service (for children aged 18 months to 5 yrs) from 2030 to 2300, enabling parents to enjoy a relaxing evening. (Available at local cost – children’s dinner not included).  Pushchair and highchair hire available on request when booking holiday. (Charged at local cost & refundable deposit required on delivery).

*The Baby and Mini Club is also available (at local cost) to self-catering guests of La Rotonda Residence.

Cala di Falco does not accept cash payments.  Payments are made with a pre-paid card, which is issued at reception on arrival.  Any remaining credit will be reimbursed upon departure.
