Therasia Resort sits facing the promontory of Vulcanello, a beautiful location which is dominated by a backdrop of rugged volcanic rocks. All the 95 guest rooms and suites have balcony or terrace overlooking the gardens or sea.

Restaurant ‘L'Arcipelago’ is located on a terrace overlooking the sea. It serves a rich buffet breakfast, and in the evenings provides a wonderfully romantic setting to savour beautifully present Sicilian and Mediterranean cuisine. Restaurant ‘Il Cappero’ is open for lunch and dinner, offering typical Sicilian dishes, in an informal atmosphere. Lounge Bar ‘Il Faraglione’ is the  ideal place to relax and enjoy a cocktail or aperitif, whilst enjoying live music. During the day, Bar ‘Il Gazebo’ serves drinks and tasty snacks by the outdoor pool.

The “Therasia Wellness Centre” offers a large range of treatments including:  seaweed-therapy, hydro-therapy, massages, facial treatments and fitness programmes. The Centre also has a swimming pool, although guests wishing to sea bathe can use the Resort's bathing platforms or take the hotel shuttle to the local beach, approximately 1km away. For those wishing to explore, Lipari, the largest of the Aeolian chain, is just five minutes away by hydrofoil.
