The Green Park Resort is a stylish and contemporary hotel, nestled amongst five acres of centuries-old parkland, close to the seaside town of Tirrenia. This 10km stretch of coastline is a good base for visiting many of Tuscany’s most important cities.  The port town of Livorno, with its network of picturesque canals and excellent seafood restaurants, is 8km away, whilst Pisa is just 13km, making the Green Park Resort an excellent choice for those wishing to combine a sightseeing holiday to the Tuscan cities, with a relaxing seaside stay.
In the grounds are two swimming pools, one with children’s section and the other with a hydro-massage area (open 20May to 15Sep). The long sandy beach is approximately 300m from the main hotel, and runs for several kilometres along the Tirrenian coast.  Various water-sports such as windsurfing and boat hire are available (at local cost). A bathing club in front of the hotel offers free beach facilities to hotel guests, including one parasol & two chairs per room per day (operates 01June to 15Sep).  Beach/pool towels are available for hire at EU3.00 each. Tennis courts are available free of charge during the day, or EU10 per hour for night play.  (Note: bring own equipment - not available for hire at the resort).  For golfers, the 18-hole Cosmopolitan Golf Club is 2km away in Tirrenia.  Green Park guests receive a 30% reduction on green fees.

The Resort offers its own Wellness Centre, which covers 2000m2 over two floors. Entrance to the Thermarium is free and includes pool with hydrotherapic course, sauna, Turkish bath, relax area & gym.  A variety of treatments are available in the aesthetic centre (all at local cost).

Elegant dining is available at the resort’s two restaurants.   Restaurant Lunasia (closed Monday) is an oval, glassed-walled, fine dining restaurant, where Chef Luca Landi creates contemporary and innovative cuisine, including tasting menus.  An a la carte menu is available.  Restaurant Le Ginestre (closed Sunday) overlooks the pine forest and specialises in Tuscan dishes with a contemporary twist.  In addition, the seasonal Barbecue Restaurant is open during the summer months, offering casual dining by the pool. (weather permitting).
Green Park Resort is ideal for a one or two-centre holiday; perhaps combining a relaxing week in the resort with a few day’s sightseeing in Florence or one of Tuscany’ other cities.

    148 rooms - Individually furnished guestrooms and suites, located on the ground (slightly elevated) or upper floor, in either the main hotel or in five, two-storey villas within the park (with lift to upper floor).     Superior: Rooms in the main hotel have a balcony. No third bed or cot.

    Junior Suite: Main hotel rooms have a double bedroom with a door leading to a lounge area.  Villa rooms have an open-plan bedroom/lounge area.  Rooms in the main hotel have a balcony. Third bed and fourth bed or cot available.
    Suite: Located in one of the villas, either on the ground or upper floor.  All have balcony. Third & fourth bed plus cot available.
